earned her Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca College and has worked in various rehabilitation settings, including Senior Therapist on the Rehabilitation Unit at URMC. She has taken many continuing education courses and is highly proficient in the rehabilitation and treatment of shoulder, knee and back injuries. She is also very experienced in the treatment of vestibular, dysfunction and neurological conditions. She often uses yoga techniques to enhance some of her rehabilitation programs.
Our Administrative Staff includes Karen Zambuto, Anne Cali and Kelly Polizzi. They are highly experienced in medical billing and can be a good resource for answering any questions you may have regarding reimbursement.
graduated from Genesee Community College with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She has been employed at Upstate Physical Therapy for over 20 years. She has extensive expertise in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and neurological conditions. She has helped many patients successfully recover following joint replacement surgery and is experienced in the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s Disease and balance disorders.
She earned her Physical Therapy degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She also received a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from SUNY Brockport. Prior to starting Upstate Physical Therapy, she was the Director of Physical Therapy at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC), where she was responsible for all aspects of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy. She was also the Supervising Physical Therapist for the Rehabilitation Unit at URMC.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of physical therapy and specialized expertise in vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness and balance disorders. She also is an expert in exercise programs for Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological conditions.
She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Rochester PT First Alliance.
is a graduate of Nazareth College with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She is highly skilled in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports related injuries. She is especially skilled in rehabilitation programs for running and swimming injuries. She has received specialized training in the rehabilitation of ACL injuries and surgery, foot and ankle injuries and orthotics and orthopedic management of hip problems.
Kelly was a competitive swimmer at the collegiate level and continues to teach swimming classes today.
